At MAMAZING, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for most items in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history page to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location using the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
